ROOMS WITH BREAKFAST: - size of the room 25 m2, double bed + extra bed, crib (at request) – balcony with sea view, air conditioner and heating – bathroom, TV and SAT – room and bathroom cleaning every day, exchange of towels and linen weekly. STONE HOUSE: - total size 80 m2 – 2 bedrooms with bathrooms: 1. bedroom (double bed + extra bed, crib at request) – 2. bedroom (double bed + extra bed, crib at request) - living room and kitchen are in one room total size 30 m2 – air conditioner and heating, TV and SAT – grill and fireplace, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, water boiler, dish washer, washing machine – cleaning at every guests exchange – weekly change of bed linen. ABOUT SETTLEMENT: Posedarje is typical small Mediterranean settlement, located on coast of Novigrad sea. If you have your own boat, scooter or similar you have possibility to enjoy in ride in the sea and you can enjoy in water skiing, because of the quietness of the sea, so called „bonaca“. Next to the pebbly beach in Posedarje is also sand beach. That beach is located 10 minutes far if you drive a small boats or 5 minutes far if you go with a car. It is suitable for young swimmers or beginners. It is interesting because it is shallow, it is necessary to walk or swimm 100 m to reach 1,5 m depth. Settlement is known for production of „eco“ food and Dalmatian prosciutto ham. For its quality it is necessary wind bora, characteristic micro climate of mountain-sea air that gives this product its quality. Posedarje is also known for local specialities, especially sea specialities, shells, production of virgin olive oil, brandy, wine, dry figs... All those specialities you can try in restaurants that are near your accommodation. So you don't need any transportation vehicle, just slow 5 minutes long walk to the center. Welcome!
